Response Times
We aim to reply to most messages within two business days. Correction requests are reviewed as a priority, and privacy requests are answered within the time limits required by law. Because of the volume of messages we receive, we may not be able to respond individually to every news tip or press release, but every message is read by a member of our team.
If you are reporting a possible error in one of our articles, please include the article link and the specific information you believe is incorrect. You can learn more in our Corrections Policy. If you wish to share sensitive information, please say so in your first message and an editor will advise on the safest way to proceed.
